1 to 1 Coaching
First re-schedule is free. A £30 fee may be applicable if re-schedule is requested by yourself afterwards.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so via email at: erwinkwun@gmail.com
The request must clearly stipulate that you wish to cancel your coaching programme
You will be entitled to a refund according to the following policy:
- Cancellation 7 days or fewer before the first coaching session : No refund
- Cancellation 8-20 days before the first coaching session : 50% fees refunded LESS cancellation fee £30
- Cancellation 21 days or more before the first coaching session : Full refund LESS cancellation fee £30
In the unlikely event that a coaching session has to be cancelled by us, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be entitled to request a refund for the session or be booked on a different date if available.
Programme
Once payment has been made for a programme, the application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a programme has been purchased, refunds are not possible unless there is an error on our part.
By purchasing a programme, you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.

Law and Jurisdiction
Please note that these Terms of Use, and the agreement which exists between us under the Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland) over any disputes or claims which might arise.
